Sandstone Scandinavia accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped.

Reservation of amount

When using a payment card, debit as well as credit, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. When the order has been dispatched, the money is withdrawn from the account.

Debit card authorization

With a debit card, you will be able to see that the money has been reserved on your account and that your available amount will appear here as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.

Credit card authorization

The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws the payment for your order

All amounts on the website include VAT.

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 working days.


There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You bear any return costs yourself.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be given by email . In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated.

You cannot regret it simply by refusing to receive the item, or by not picking it up at the post office or parcel shop. If an item is returned from the post office or parcel shop because it has not been picked up, or because receipt has been refused, the item will be credited and a shipping and handling fee of DKK 200 will be set off to cover costs associated with receiving the shipment.

The money is returned to the payment card used for the purchase.

We only transfer money electronically.

We do not accept return packages that are sent by cash on delivery, or without delivery so we have to pick up the package at the post office or parcel shop. We will return your receivable as soon as we have received your item and checked that the item meets the conditions for the right of return.

Condition of the item upon return

The item must be in unused and salable condition to be credited. When returning, a copy of the invoice/order confirmation must be attached - please describe why the item is being returned. If the item is sealed and the seal is broken, the item is no longer in salable condition and therefore cannot be returned.


Right of complaint

Should damage occur during the shipment of your goods, or if the goods may have a fault when you receive them - please contact us at so that we can help you get the goods exchanged.

When it comes to errors and defects, you can have the item exchanged or get your money back. This assumes that the complaint is justified and that the damage/deficiency has not occurred due to incorrect use. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always timely.

You have 2 years' right to complain from the day you received the item - remember to save your receipt in this connection. Please note that for goods with a limited lifespan, the right to complain is also limited.
