Sandstone Scandinavia accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped.
Reservation of amount
When using a payment card, both debit and credit, an amount equivalent to the purchase will be reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, the money will be charged to the account.
Authorization on debit cards
With debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved on your account and that your available balance will appear as reduced. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot charge the money, but the reservation will remain active for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

The money will only be debited from your account and appear in your overview once the webshop processes and collects payment for your order.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Denmark - Kroner (DKK) and Euro (EUR). Sandstone Scandinavia uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by external parties. Sandstone Scandinavia's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

- DAO to parcel shop or home address
- Bring to parcel shop, home address or business address
What does shipping cost?
When you shop at Sandstone Scandinavia, you always get free shipping to a DAO - Parcel Shop when you spend over DKK 299.
If you spend under DKK 299, it costs DKK 39 for delivery to a DAO - Parcel Shop and Bring - Parcel Shop.
If you want delivery to your home address, it costs DKK 49 with DAO - Home Delivery.
You have a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Notification of withdrawal must be submitted to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Notification of the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to JL@sandstone.pro. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the item, or by not picking it up at the post office or parcel shop. If an item is returned from a post office or parcel shop because it was not picked up, or because acceptance was refused, the item will be credited, and a shipping and handling fee of DKK 200 will be deducted to cover costs associated with the receipt of the shipment.
The money will be refunded to the payment card used for the purchase.
We only transfer money electronically.

We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery, or without delivery to our address, requiring us to pick up the package at the post office or parcel shop. We will refund your credit as soon as we have received your item and verified that it meets the conditions for the right of return.

The item must be in unused and saleable condition to be credited. When returning, please enclose a copy of the invoice/order confirmation – please describe why the item is being returned. If the item is sealed and the seal is broken, the item is no longer in saleable condition and therefore cannot be returned.
Should any damage occur during the shipping of your goods, or if the item has a defect when you receive it – please contact us at mailJL@sandstone.pro, so we can help you get the item replaced.
In case of defects or deficiencies, you can have the item exchanged or get a refund. This is conditional on the complaint being justified and the damage/defect not being caused by incorrect use. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be considered timely.
You have a 2-year right to claim from the day you received the item – please remember to keep your receipt. Please note that for items with a limited lifespan, the right to claim is also limited.
