Black & Bold Liquid Eyeliner is a waterproof liquid black eyeliner with a thin and precise tip. The flexible felt tip makes it easy to create a precise and sharp eyeliner, to frame your eye with either a thin line or an intense wing. It has a deep, black color which is waterproof, does not smudge, flake or smear.

Application

For a natural look, start by shaking the eyeliner and apply a thin line along the lash line from the center of the eye to the outer part of the eye. Place it as close to the lash line as possible for a natural look. For a dramatic effect, start by shaking the eyeliner and draw a line along the lash line from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner. Gradually build up the thickness and finish with a wing at the outer corner for the ultimate cat-eye look.
